SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders placed before 9am (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after that time will be dispatched the following morning.
Australian Orders
We use Australia Post for standard orders. Express shipping is available to select at checkout. Standard delivery time is 2 – 4 days, depending on location. Express delivery is 1 – 3 days. If you need your items urgently, please contact us directly at info@pivot-point.com.au or on 1800 066 298 and we can provide courier options and quotes. Please note, we cannot leave orders at your door or unattended. If no one is available to accept delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
New Zealand and Oceania
We use Australia Post, EMS, a priority express service, and other couriers for delivery to New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and the Solomon Islands. Delivery may take 5 – 10 days. If you need your items urgently, please contact us directly at info@pivot-point.com.au or on 1800 066 298 and we can provide courier options and quotes.
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your new purchase. Pivot Point hairgoods are quality investment and should last several years when properly cared for. Your hairgoods are warrantied for 12 months from purchase and if your item is found to be defective in that time, we will happily replace it. If replacement is not possible, we will provide an alternative at the same or higher value.
Changed you mind? If you receive your mannequin or hairgoods and find that it is not the right length, colour or texture for what you need, you can easily return your item, in its original packaging (with tag attached) for a full credit or exchange. Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns if your mannequin has been used.
To organise a return, please contact us directly via email at info@pivot-point.com.au or on 1800 066 298, so that we can send you a return label. Simply pack your item back in the original packaging, attach the return label and drop off at your nearest post office.
