Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders placed before 9am (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after that time will be dispatched the following morning.
Australian Orders
We use Australia Post for standard orders. Express shipping is available to select at checkout. Standard delivery time is 2 – 4 days, depending on location. Express delivery is 1 – 3 days. If you need your items urgently, please contact us directly at info@pivot-point.com.au or on 1800 066 298 and we can provide courier options and quotes. Please note, we cannot leave orders at your door or unattended. If no one is available to accept delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
New Zealand and Oceania
We use Australia Post, EMS, a priority express service, and other couriers for delivery to New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and the Solomon Islands. Delivery may take 5 – 10 days.
